A psychoeducational computer program has been developed for bipolar disorder called ‘Beating Bipolar’. This has been funded by the National Institute of Health Research and has been evaluated in a small clinical trial, as well as qualitative studies.
Several hundred members of Bipolar Scotland and Bipolar UK have now accessed the program and have found it very helpful,
particularly in terms of developing self-management strategies such as mood monitoring and relapse prevention. You can access the program at www.beatingbipolar.org
